Purpose of the Meeting
Each chairman from every country will introduce themselves by stating their full name for the record. This will allow everyone to get to know one another better.

How to Get Volunteers
While each of you may have your own methods for recruiting volunteers, we aim to share ideas and learn from one another.
As Proverbs 27:17 says: "Iron sharpens iron, as one man sharpens another man's countenance." This reminds us that we all have something valuable to contribute, and no one is greater than the other.

The meeting is scheduled to last 1 hour, but it may go longer depending on the discussion. If you have other commitments, you are not required to stay for the entire meeting.
