Jehovah Saints Pakistan Welcomes New Treasurer

Announcement: President Shahid Saleem of Jehovah Saints Pakistan is pleased to announce the appointment of Shoaib Gullsher as the Treasurer of Jehovah Saints Pakistan, effective today. Shoaib will be serving as a volunteer in this important role, dedicating his time and efforts to the financial management of the church.


The role of the Treasurer is a critical one, requiring integrity, transparency, and accountability. Below is an outline of the responsibilities Shoaib will undertake as Treasurer of Jehovah Saints Pakistan:

Duties of the Treasurer for Jehovah Saints

1. Financial Management

  • Oversee and manage all financial transactions of the church, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

  • Maintain accurate records of income (e.g., tithes, offerings, donations) and expenditures (e.g., church programs, salaries, operational costs).

  • Ensure that church funds are used in alignment with the mission, vision, and goals of Jehovah Saints.

Scripture Reference:"Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much." — Luke 16:10


2. Budget Preparation

  • Prepare an annual budget in collaboration with church leadership, including pastors, elders, and other key stakeholders.

  • Monitor the budget throughout the year to ensure that expenses do not exceed income.

  • Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures or adjustments when necessary.
