Code of Conduct for Community Engagement

At Jehovah Saints, which includes Jehovah's House of Saints Online Ministry, Jehovah Saints Homeless Shelters, and Jehovah Saints Global Outreach, we are committed to fostering a Christ-centered, respectful, and welcoming community. This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for all individuals engaging with our community, whether online or in person, to ensure a safe and uplifting environment for everyone.

By participating in Jehovah Saints’ community forums, events, programs, or any other activities, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.

1. Core Values

Our community is built on the following biblical principles:

• Love: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” (Mark 12:31)

• Respect: “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” (Ephesians 4:32)

• Unity: “How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!” (Psalm 133:1)

• Integrity: “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.” (Colossians 3:23)

These values guide all interactions within our community.

2. Expected Behavior

All participants in Jehovah Saints’ community are expected to:

• Treat others with respect, kindness, and compassion, regardless of their background, beliefs, or opinions.

• Refrain from using offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language.

• Engage in constructive and respectful discussions, even when disagreeing.

• Uphold honesty and integrity in all interactions.

• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.

• Follow all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the rules of the specific event, program, or platform.

3. Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited in Jehovah Saints’ community:

• Harassment or Bullying: This includes verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, or any form of harassment based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, or any other characteristic.

• Hate Speech or Discrimination: Any language or behavior that promotes hate, prejudice, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

• Disruptive Behavior: This includes trolling, spamming, or intentionally derailing discussions.

• Inappropriate Content: Sharing or posting content that is obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.

• Unlawful Activities: Engaging in or promoting illegal activities while participating in our community.

• Personal Attacks: Criticizing or attacking individuals rather than addressing ideas or topics respectfully.

4. Online Engagement

For online platforms, such as forums, social media, or virtual events hosted by Jehovah Saints, the following additional guidelines apply:

• Use respectful and clear language when posting comments or engaging in discussions.

• Avoid sharing false information or rumors.

• Do not share personal contact information (yours or others') publicly.

• Report any inappropriate behavior or content to the moderators or administrators.

Jehovah Saints reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates this Code of Conduct or is deemed inappropriate.

5. Consequences for Violations

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in the following actions:

1. Warning: A verbal or written warning about the behavior in question.

2. Temporary Suspension: Temporary removal from the community, event, or platform.

3. Permanent Ban: Permanent removal from Jehovah Saints’ community, events, or platforms.

The severity of the action will depend on the nature and frequency of the violation. Jehovah Saints reserves the right to take appropriate action at its sole discretion.

6. Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately. All reports will be handled confidentially and investigated promptly.

8. Updates to the Code of Conduct

Jehovah Saints reserves the right to update or modify this Code of Conduct at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation in our community after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Code of Conduct.
