Refund Policy for Jehovah Saints

Jehovah Saints, which includes Jehovah's House of Saints Online Ministry, Jehovah Saints Homeless Shelters, and Jehovah Saints Global Outreach, is committed to transparency and integrity in our financial practices. As a faith-based nonprofit organization operating under 508(c)(1)(a) status, we rely on the generosity of donors to support our ministry, outreach programs, and homeless shelters. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for donations, purchases, or event fees.

1. Donations

a. Non-Refundable Donations

All donations made to Jehovah Saints are considered charitable contributions and are non-refundable. Donations are used to further our mission of serving the community and supporting our ministry programs.

b. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds for donations may be issued in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• A duplicate donation made in error.

• A donation made in the wrong amount due to a technical error.

• A donation made unintentionally.

If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us within 30 days of the donation date. Refund requests must include proof of the donation (e.g., receipt or transaction ID).

2. Purchases (Merchandise, Books, or Other Products)

For products purchased through Jehovah Saints (e.g., books, merchandise, or other items):

• Refunds or exchanges may be issued for defective or damaged items.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

• The item must be returned in its original condition, along with proof of purchase.

Shipping fees for returns may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

3. Event Fees (Conferences, Workshops, or Fundraisers)

For events hosted by Jehovah Saints:

• Refunds for event registration fees may be issued if the event is canceled or postponed.

• If you are unable to attend an event, refunds may be issued if requested at least 7 days before the event date.

• Refund requests submitted after the event has taken place will not be honored.

4. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of the request being approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

5. No Refunds for Voluntary Contributions

Voluntary contributions, such as sponsorships or offerings made during events, are considered gifts and are non-refundable.

6. Tax-Deductibility of Donations

If a refund is issued for a donation, the donor is responsible for adjusting their tax records accordingly. Jehovah Saints will issue an updated donation receipt reflecting the refund.
