This Admissions and Intake Policy outlines the process for assessing and admitting guests into our shelters while ensuring fairness, dignity, and respect for all.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for admission to Jehovah Saints Homeless Shelters, individuals must meet the following criteria:

Applicants must be experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness.

Intake Process

Individuals seeking shelter may contact Jehovah Saints Homeless Shelters by phone, in person, or through a referral from a partner agency.

Denial of Admission
Jehovah Saints Homeless Shelters reserve the right to deny admission in the following circumstances:

Grievance Process
If an individual feels they have been unfairly denied admission or treated improperly during the intake process, they may file a grievance with the Shelter Director. Grievances will be reviewed promptly, and efforts will be made to resolve concerns fairly and transparently.
Policy Review
